Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a 2019 first-person shooter developed by MachineGames and Arkane Studios and released by Bethesda Softworks. After its initial release in July for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the Wolfenstein: The New Order spin-off was later ported to Google's Stadia in November. Even though the game garnered mixed reviews from critics, the combat, aesthetics, and level design were appreciated by several reviewers.

Two decades later, America and much of the globe have been liberated from Nazi rule. B.J. Blazkowicz and his wife, Anya, have raised their twin daughters, Jessie and Zofia, teaching them self-defense skills. Blazkowicz vanished without a trace in 1980. They find a map in the attic that shows Blazkowicz traveling to Nazi-occupied Neu-Paris to meet with the French Resistance. The map is found by Jessie, Zofia, and their friend Abby, the daughter of Grace Walker. The girls steal an FBI chopper and powered armor suits, assuming that American authorities will not pursue Blazkowicz to Nazi France.
When the girls arrive in France, they encounter Juju, the commander of the Resistance, who confirms that she has met Blazkowicz, but she has no idea where he is right now. To their surprise, they discover that he is searching for a way into a secret Nazi installation known as Lab X. A trio of security towers called the "Brothers" guards Lab X, and the girls decide to assist the Resistance by hacking into their primary computers in order to obtain access. Following an investigation into the brothers' computers, Abby discovers that Juju is a Nazi spy working with General Lothar, the disgraced former leader of the Nazi soldiers in Neu-Paris. When Lothar has the Brothers under his control, he can begin his preparations to establish a Fourth Reich without opposition from his superiors in Berlin, so the females pretend to sip Juju's poisoned wine. Lothar and Juju manage to flee during the scuffle, but Abby is stabbed in the left eye.
Lab X is where Abby tells Jessie and Zofia to look. As she tells it, Lothar was forced into hiding by the Nazis because he disobeyed their instructions, prompting him to join the French Resistance alongside Juju. When Jessie and Zofia break into Lab X, they discover Blazkowicz at its deepest level. He claims that during the 1960s, when he assassinated Adolf Hitler, he accidentally unleashed a doomsday weapon that would eventually make the Earth uninhabitable. While trying to find an anti-doomsday solution, he discovered the existence of numerous parallel universes and saw one in which the Nazis lost World War II. He then upgrades Jessie and Zofia's powered armor suits with a Da'at Yichud relic before sending them after Lothar. He then urges his friends in Berlin to conduct a coup in order to overthrow the government. Juju and Lothar are killed by Jessie and Zofia when they approach them.
Grace and Anya arrive at this point. Blazkowicz, Anya, and Grace come to grips with the gravity of the Fourth Reich's danger and decide to enlist the help of as many allies as possible in the battle against it. In order to protect Paris from the imminent onslaught of the Fourth Reich, Jessie, Zofia, and Abby resolve to stay in the city.
