Full Plot:
Vikramaditya, a world-renowned palmist, was born in Italy in 1978. He is a devotee of the saint Paramahamsa and is known as the "Einstein of palmistry." In spite of his lack of belief in partnerships, Vikramaditya falls head over heels for Prerana, the doctor. They happen to cross paths on a train, but their paths do not continue to cross once they get off. One day, Anand Rajput's palm was read by Vikramaditya. Vikramaditya's warriors follow Vikramaditya after he fails to deliver a favorable future prediction, and this leads to his demise. His treatment begins when he is admitted to Prerana's hospital for treatment. Prerana invites Vikramaditya to flirt with him when he recovers. Vikramaditya, on the other hand, follows Prerana everywhere she goes. She agrees, and the two begin dating. Despite this, Prerana's uncle advises her not to fall in love with Vikramaditya.
A promising archer's father asks Vikramaditya to read the palm of his daughter when he and Prerana are riding by train. It is his opinion that she has no future in athletics and that she should instead concentrate on her studies instead. It's hard to believe that Vikramaditya is that good at what he does, but everyone on the coaching staff is eager to see his palms. Even so, he understands that everyone aboard the train will die at some point in time. He tries in vain to halt the train by chasing after it. Several people were killed in a railway disaster that occurred later that night. Prerana agrees to let Vikramaditya read her palm once she begins to believe in palmistry. He predicts that she will live a long and prosperous life, but she faints with a bleeding nose as soon as he mentions it. The doctor who treats her uncle says that Prerana has an inoperable tumor and might die within months of being admitted to the hospital. In spite of this, Vikramaditya is kicked out of the hospital.
Prerana's outlook on life has improved. While Vikramaditya's uncle thinks she's a con artist, he also feels that medication could save her life. Vikramaditya properly deduces the palms of deceased people from which he tests him. Vikramaditya's forecast convinced her uncle to reconsider his decision. Prerana's sickness had a cure, as predicted. Prerana proposes to Vikramaditya with a smile on her face. When she confronts him about his lack of "love-line" and his impending departure from the nation, he flatly refuses to consider her. Prerana's suicide attempt is thwarted by Vikramaditya's journal, which she finds as she tries to drown her sorrows. She discovers that Vikramaditya was willing to die for her. Just before he departs, Vikramaditya fulfills Prerana's request by taking her to a ballroom dance, where they spend the rest of the night together. It's written in her diary that she'd rather die than face such a predicament. When she gets into an accident, she goes to the hospital on her own will.
Prerana's journal entry is read by Vikramaditya, who is in London for his mother's dancing performance. When he gets the hospital's voicemail, he's surprised to learn of Prerana's condition. To keep Prerana alive, he makes a promise to return and see her shortly. When Vikramaditya is unsure of his forecast, he meets the girl on the train who was injured in the accident and has lost her hand. Vikramaditya is unsure of his prediction. Despite the fact that she no longer has a hand to use, she informs Vikramaditya that she may still write her fate. In order to meet Prerana, Vikramaditya joins a cargo ship that is commanded by a guy he had previously met at the hospital. The ship, however, is caught in a storm at sea, and everyone is forced to abandon the ship at the command of the captain. Vikramaditya, on the other hand, is the only one left on the ship. Vikramaditya is fighting for his life in the face of nature's fury. According to his mentor, Paramahamsa, palmistry is 99 percent correct, yet only 1% of individuals write their own future. Determined to live, he tries to climb to a high point and discharge a flare pistol from the top of it. A lifeboat has been brought back by the skipper. The ship goes down, but Vikramaditya, who had been drowned, manages to swim to safety. Prerana and Vikramaditya are reunited later when Vikramaditya arrives at the hospital.
